Since childhood, I’ve viewed the world with the discerning eyes of a writer. This translates to an acute awareness, an ability to perceive every detail and feel every emotion. Consequently, I harbor an insatiable desire to understand everything, leaving no stone unturned in my quest for knowledge.

Adopting a writer’s perspective has meant a commitment to paying attention—a dedication to being fully present. This skill stems from my relentless pursuit of learning, urging me to see the world for what it is. It involves the deliberate act of observation followed by contemplation. In my eyes, nothing can escape the need for attention. This innate curiosity has consistently kept me engaged in the current moment, fostering a mindful approach. Concentrating on the present, disregarding judgments, and warding off distractions have become integral to my ability to exist and perceive in the moment.

As a creative writer, I’ve discovered the art of connecting and providing a space for every facet of existence—mundane and sublime, earthly and hellish, prosaic and divine, visible and invisible, known and unknown, ordinary and extraordinary, black and white. The space I create extends beyond these binaries, past the delicate shades of gray, infusing the color of danger, sacrifice, courage, passion, heat, sensuality, and love. This rich palette captures the essence of the human experience. Viewing life with such refreshing immediacy, gives rise to an outlet of ink-laden honesty unlike any other. To document the present is to construct the future. In its myriad forms, poetry permeates every aspect of life, guiding us where we need to be. See you there!

Every Truly,
